Job Title: Closing Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Closing Manager to oversee the end-to-end closing processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all closing documents are prepared accurately and procedures are followed correctly to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Closing Process: Oversee the entire closing process to ensure timely and accurate completion.

- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Gather necessary documents and ensure all parties are informed and involved as required.

- Review Closing Documents: Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Resolve Issues: Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during the closing process.

- Team Management: Lead and train closing team members to maintain high performance standards.

- Process Improvement: Monitor and report on closing process metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of experience in a closing or escrow role.

- Skills:

- Organizational and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and improve processes.

- Microsoft Office Suite and Closing Software: Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
