Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CRM, ERP, and IT solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to develop suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report regularly on progress. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements:



1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or IT product/services sales (CRM, ERP, or IT solutions preferred). Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them in simple terms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. B.Tech degree preferred; other graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
