Job Description

Real Estate experience within Noida region is must, 5-7 years experience



Team Leadership:



Provide Training, mentor, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for agents and monitor team performance. Maintain strong relationships with key clients. Support sales agents in negotiations and closing high-value deals. Ensure alignment between sales efforts and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Deep knowledge of the local real estate market (Noida region). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
