Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Business Development Manager

who will take complete ownership of

client communication, lead conversion, and service selling

. The ideal candidate must be a

graduate

with at least

2 years of proven experience in selling services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to pitch digital marketing services. Build relationships with potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer customized solutions. Convert prospects into paying clients through consultative selling and effective negotiation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in

selling services

. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in client interactions over calls/video meetings.
