Job Summary



We're looking for an experienced

BDM

with 3-5 years of experience in

ERP sales

, specifically

Odoo

and

ERPNext

, to drive business growth across

India

,

MEA

, and

APAC

region. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong regional knowledge and a proven ability to close deals in the ERP space.

Key Responsibilities



Drive new business for Odoo & ERP Next implementations. Develop region-specific strategies and achieve sales targets. Build and manage client relationships across India, MEA & APAC. Lead sales cycles: prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor ERP solutions. Attend industry events and represent the company.

Requirements



3-5 years in ERP sales/business development (Odoo & ERP Next experience preferred). Proven exposure to India, MEA, and APAC markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have



Experience in IT consulting. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
