experienced and highly capable Business Development Manager
who can drive our growth, secure high-value contracts, and take charge of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure
government and private sector contracts
for security guard services.
Manage the
entire bidding process
- from preparing tenders and proposals to final submission.
Maintain relationships with government departments, contractors, and corporate clients.
Oversee
office operations
and manage other employees to ensure smooth functioning.
Handle client communication, contract renewals, and service follow-ups.
Prepare reports, track leads, and maintain records using
MS Office and other software tools
.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years
experience in business development, preferably in the
security services or facilities management industry
.
Proven success in securing
government tenders/contracts
.
Strong
computer skills
- MS Word, Excel, email communication, and online tender portals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and deliver results without constant supervision.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
