Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Lucknow Branch. The role includes student outreach, seminar coordination, lead conversion, and team supervision.

Note: Only male candidates will be considered for this position due to field travel responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive enrolments by achieving monthly and yearly targets.

Plan and conduct college visits, seminars, and career counselling sessions.

Coordinate with educational institutions for on-campus promotions.

Generate and follow up on leads from events, referrals, and walk-ins.

Guide students and parents through course offerings and career paths.

Supervise the local sales/counselling team to maximize productivity.

Maintain regular reporting, performance tracking, and CRM updates.

Align with the marketing team to run promotional activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

2-5 years of B2C sales or education industry experience.

Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills.

Field marketing and counselling experience preferred.

Should be willing to travel within Lucknow and nearby areas.
