Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in acquiring

new clients

including

prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients

. The candidate must have successfully

placed at least one or more consultants

with their sourced client(s).

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively

identify and acquire new clients

on a daily basis. Conduct

cold calls

and send outreach emails to potential clients. Effectively

present our IT staffing services

to prospects. Conduct meetings and

communicate client value propositions

clearly. Source potential clients through

job boards and LinkedIn

. Build and maintain

strong, long-term relationships

with new clients. Research and understand potential clients'

revenue, size, and reputation

. Handle client

requirements, expectations, and communication

confidently.

Qualifications:

Must have a strong understanding of

technical job descriptions

and roles. Familiarity with

modern IT technologies and trends

is essential. Education:

Preferred:

B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, or any technical diploma.

Accepted:

BBA, MBA, or any relevant management degree.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong

negotiation and closing skills

. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Prior experience in

IT staffing or recruitment sales

is highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
