Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential leads.
Handle site visits, project presentations, and close deals with prospective clients.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proven sales track record, preferably in real estate.
Good understanding of the property market and trends.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
