Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager Location: Noida Sector 63 ,B-20 Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell residential/commercial properties to clients. Identify potential leads through networking, and digital platforms. Conduct property site visits and present properties to potential buyers. Assist clients in understanding property pricing, terms, and legal documentation. Maintain and update property listings and client databases. Negotiate deals and ensure closure in line with company targets. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Stay updated with market trends and property values. Requirements: Team Management Bachelor's degree (preferred). Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Valid real estate license (if required by region).
