Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the

corporate events and brand activations

space. Build a strong pipeline of leads through industry networking, cold outreach, and market research. Develop customized pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) for smooth pitch-to-delivery transition. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for growth.

Requirements:



Minimum

4 years of business development experience

in the

event management industry

. Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills. Existing network of corporate clients is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong sense of ownership.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 per year
