Job Summary

QBID Infotech is seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to drive revenue growth across the

UK and European IT staffing markets

. This role is focused on new business acquisition, strategic account management, and long-term client partnerships within the IT Staff Augmentation domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to international staffing sales, a proven revenue track record, and the ability to work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and grow client accounts across UK & Europe IT staffing markets Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures Build and manage long-term client relationships and strategic accounts Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for timely requirement fulfillment Handle commercial discussions including pricing, margins, SLAs, and contracts Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reporting Drive repeat business, account expansion, and revenue growth
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Quarterly and annual revenue targets New client acquisition and account activation Closure ratio and active requirement pipeline Account retention and margin consistency
Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience

in IT Staffing / IT Staff Augmentation sales Strong hands-on exposure to

UK and/or European markets

Proven success in revenue generation and enterprise account growth Strong understanding of contract staffing and permanent hiring models Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Ability to work cross-functionally with delivery and recruitment teams
Preferred Experience

Experience managing international clients and global delivery teams Understanding of regional hiring norms and market dynamics Strong professional network in UK/EU IT staffing ecosystem
