Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive growth across our
BPO/KPO service verticals

US-based clients
. The BDM will be responsible for
client acquisition, relationship management

strategic expansion

back-office operations, customer support, data processing, finance & accounting, and AI-enabled services
.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and engage potential clients across industries including
insurance, healthcare, logistics, finance, and e-commerce
.
Leverage tools like
LinkedIn, cold outreach, webinars, and industry associations
to generate leads.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Client Acquisition
Present Virtual Binz LLP's
BPO/KPO solutions
tailored to each client's operational needs.
Create customized proposals and pitch decks highlighting our value proposition.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Account Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.
Coordinate with Indian delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor service performance, address escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Strategy
Track outsourcing trends, automation/AI adoption, and emerging BPO/KPO demands in the US.
Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning.
Recommend new service lines and upselling opportunities based on client feedback and market needs.
Requirements
Requirements

3-7 years of experience in
business development, sales, or account management
in the
BPO, KPO, or outsourcing industry
.
Strong understanding of
US business culture and operations
, with exposure to one or more domains such as
customer service, insurance, healthcare, finance, or data management
.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
.
Flexibility to work in
US time zones
as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in
offshore outsourcing
and working with
remote delivery teams
.
Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal creation, and pipeline management.
Existing network of US-based decision-makers in relevant industries.
* Knowledge of AI-enabled BPO tools and platforms is a plus.
