We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at each phase of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
Meet prospective wedding clients for consultations and package discussions
Understand client needs and suggest suitable photography/videography services
Prepare customized proposals and close sales deals
Follow up with leads from social media, website, referrals, and wedding expos
Maintain lead database and update CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of shoots
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Handle client payments, invoicing, and follow-ups
Review contracts and receipts for accuracy
Attend weekly sales meetings and share updates
Suggest pricing strategies and package improvements
Resolve client issues before, during, and after events
Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or wedding services
Prior photography/videography industry experience is a strong plus
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills
Proven ability to close high-value B2C deals
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms
Fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi.
