We're looking for a

proactive and driven Business Development Manager

to identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and fuel our company's growth in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and connect with potential clients --

retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers

-- through calls, emails, and networking. Manage leads through the full

sales cycle

, from discovery calls and product demos to contract negotiations and deal closure. Build and maintain strong

market knowledge

to effectively communicate our platform's unique value.

Travel

as needed to meet key prospects and close strategic partnerships. Keep detailed and accurate

CRM records

to track activities and ensure full pipeline visibility.

Requirements



2+ years

of experience in

business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

Proven ability to

generate leads

and build a sales pipeline from the ground up. Strong

presentation, communication, and relationship-building

skills.

Target-oriented

mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. Familiarity with

CRM systems

and modern sales practices.
