Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach colleges, universities, and institutions for collaboration opportunities.
Build strong relationships with academic leaders, placement officers, and decision-makers.
Present Company's offerings, including training programs, workshops, and placement support.
Negotiate and formalize MoUs for mutual academic and industry collaborations.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events in college campuses.
Collaborate with internal teams to align training solutions with partner needs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets and report progress.
Represent our company at educational fairs, networking events, and conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in field sales, academic partnerships, or business development.
Proven track record of college tie-ups, MoU signings, or institutional collaborations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
