Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote overseas education services, study programs, and franchise opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns for B2B clients, agents, and franchise prospects.
Conduct market research to track global education trends, explore potential destination markets, and analyze competitor activities in both B2B and franchise markets.
Represent the organization at international and national education fairs, networking events, conferences, and trade shows to drive visibility and lead generation.
Monitor, track, and report on sales activities, partnership pipelines, and market insights to management.
Support and guide branch teams in achieving international student recruitment and franchise sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Education, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in overseas education business development, B2B sales, or franchise sales.
Proven track record in agent management, lead generation, deal closure, and partnership development within the overseas education sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build international networks and consistently achieve targets.
Self-driven and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
