Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager - Tourism Sales
with strong experience in travel and tourism sales. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and skilled in handling corporate, group, and B2B travel clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for domestic and international tour packages
Build partnerships with corporate clients and travel agents (B2B network)
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly targets
Customize packages as per client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Attend travel fairs, networking events, and exhibitions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and sales pipeline tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in tourism or travel sales (Domestic + International)
Strong knowledge of destinations, tour products, and pricing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
English, Hindi, and Marathi communication preferred
Pune-based candidates only
