The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives at Immersia Global by developing strategic partnerships, expanding institutional and corporate collaborations, and driving revenue across international education and global immersion programs.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and manage high-value partnerships with universities, institutions, and corporate clients.
Lead negotiations, proposals, and partnership agreements.
Identify new markets and growth opportunities (domestic & international).
Manage and mentor the business development team.
Collaborate with operations, academic, and marketing teams for program delivery.
Track performance metrics, forecasts, and business reports for management.
Requirements:
Candidates with 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
Prior experience in education, study abroad, travel, or international programs preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record in revenue generation and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Support lead generation through basic market research and competitor tracking to identify potential opportunities.
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
