Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
who will be responsible for
driving new business, acquiring clients, building long-term partnerships, and increasing revenue
for our 3D creative services. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and an understanding of creative production workflows.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new business opportunities for 3D animation, CGI, and visual content services
Target clients such as brands, ad agencies, real estate developers, production houses, and media companies
Source leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and events
Sales & Pitching
Understand client requirements and propose suitable creative solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and pitch presentations
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Negotiate pricing, scope, and payment terms
Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Upsell and cross-sell additional services
Focus on repeat business and long-term contracts
Internal Coordination
Act as a bridge between clients and creative/production teams
Ensure clear project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Manage scope changes from a business perspective
Market & Business Growth
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Suggest new services, packages, and growth opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in advertising, branding, marketing, or creative industry)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple client accounts
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead-generation platforms
