Job Description

Lead and oversee

both inbound and outbound sales operations, ensuring the successful conversion of leads into long-term clients.

Supervise and guide

the sales team in initiating, managing, and maintaining professional relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate business solutions.

Strategically analyze

market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and enhance market positioning.

Monitor and evaluate

lead qualification and nurturing processes to maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline.

Ensure timely follow-ups

with high-potential prospects while maintaining comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.

Review and approve

proposals, quotations, and other key sales documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally

with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery post-sales conversion.

Provide actionable insights and feedback

to senior management for refining sales strategies, improving team performance, and optimizing market approaches.
