Job Title: Business Development Manager (Construction)

Salary Range

: ₹40,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month

Experience

: Minimum 7 years in business development (preferably in construction industry)

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets for construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and other industry professionals. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors. Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote business development opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
