Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, students, or partners. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational consultants, and corporate partners. Promote the school's or organization's services through campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives. Meet and exceed business development targets and contribute to revenue growth. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and marketing materials to management. Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Admissions, Accounts, etc.) for smooth execution of initiatives. Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Represent the organization in meetings, exhibitions, and outreach events. Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements in strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (education sector experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and achieve set targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Work Environment:



Full-time position. Requires field visits, client meetings, and participation in events or exhibitions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
