Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

in-house sales calls

and convert

incoming inquiries

into confirmed orders. Identify new potential clients through

daily tele-calling, email marketing, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with

dealers, small contractors, and fabricators

to promote PUF panels. Maintain and update the

CRM / sales tracker

with daily leads and order status. Support field sales team with

quotation follow-ups

, documentation, and client coordination. Work closely with the

dispatch and accounts team

to ensure smooth order execution. Achieve

monthly sales targets

through consistent lead conversion. Handle

repeat business and small projects

from existing clients. Provide

basic technical explanation

of products to customers (thickness, application, pricing).

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong communication and convincing ability. Good understanding of

PUF panels, roofing sheets, or building material sales.

Ability to manage multiple client communications efficiently. Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.

Result-oriented and proactive in follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Graduate (any discipline), Diploma in Marketing / Civil / Mechanical preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years in building materials / roofing / PUF / construction product sales.

Language:

Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language (as per region).

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Monthly order booking (sqm or value). Number of new clients generated. Lead conversion ratio. Customer satisfaction and repeat orders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
