The Business Development Manager - Real Estate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market research, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients. Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
