Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts (e.g., automotive, industrial, electronics, or consumer goods manufacturers).
Schedule client visits, conduct plant tours, and present technical capabilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop territory or sector-wise sales plans aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with sales engineers to convert technical requirements into commercial proposals.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets through strategic deal closures.
4.
Technical Proposal & Quotation Development
Coordinate with production, design, and costing teams to prepare accurate quotations.
Understand customer specifications, tolerances, materials, and production feasibility.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to decision-makers.
5.
Contract & Order Management
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
Finalize contracts ensuring profitability and alignment with manufacturing capacity.
Track order status and coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery.
6.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with production planning, quality, and R&D teams to ensure successful project execution.
Translate customer requirements into internal action items.
Support design customization or prototyping discussions.

Customer Feedback & After-sales Support
Collect feedback on product quality, delivery, and service.
Resolve any post-sales issues in coordination with quality or customer service teams.
Maintain customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

CRM, Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and quotations in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance to management.
Support documentation for audits, quality systems, and certifications (ISO, IATF, etc.).

Trade Shows & Industry Events
Represent the company at industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B events.
Showcase manufacturing capabilities and generate new leads.
Network with industry professionals, suppliers, and decision-makers.

Strategic Planning & Growth
Contribute to annual sales planning and product diversification initiatives.
Identify joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or contract manufacturing opportunities.
Evaluate new regions, product lines, or industries for business expansion.
