Key Responsibilities

Lead client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, and HR) to align business goals with client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring performance and goal achievement.
Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4-8 years of proven experience in business development or sales (experience in IT/Software/Academic sector preferred).
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
