We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead and manage our field sales team, drive marketing initiatives, and develop strategic business growth plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, and a proven track record in achieving business targets through team management and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:1. Field Sales Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage field sales executives across regions.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely reporting.
Conduct regular field visits to support and evaluate team activities.
Implement incentive and performance monitoring systems.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) and ATL (Above-the-Line) marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with design and digital teams to roll out promotional content.
Monitor brand visibility and suggest improvements for outreach.
Organize events, exhibitions, and activations to boost market presence.
3. Business Development Planning:
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion areas.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to optimize pricing and positioning.
Develop and present growth plans, sales forecasts, and investment needs.
Collaborate with product, finance, and leadership teams to align strategy with execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing distributed teams and remote operations.
Exposure to regional markets and multilingual communication.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills.
