Roles & Responsibilities :



Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Build and

maintain strong relationships

with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and

deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business goals.

Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and prepare regular reports

. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Requirements & Skills :



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Proven

experience (2-5 years)

in business development, sales, or client management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
