clients worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious

Business Development Manager (BDM)

who can drive growth, build partnerships, and strengthen our global footprint.

Job Overview



As a

Business Development Manager

, you will be the

face of BlackBen Technology

in building and managing strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be

target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about IT and digital marketing solutions

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities in

India and international market (UAE)

. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events. Present and promote

BlackBen Technology's services

(Digital Marketing, Software Development, IT Consulting) to potential clients. Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring

repeat business and referrals

. Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. Conduct

market research

to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business strategies. Prepare

sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics

for management. Represent BlackBen Technology at

events, exhibitions, and business networking meets

. Ensure high levels of

client satisfaction and retention

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields

.

1-3 years of proven experience

in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in Digital Marketing/Software). Strong

sales and negotiation skills

with a track record of closing deals. Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Ability to

work independently

and handle client interactions confidently. Knowledge of

CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office Suite

. Strong network in

corporate, IT, or startup ecosystems

is a plus. Willingness to

travel domestically and internationally

when required.

. Ability to
