Job Responsibilities:



Drive B2B sales of our Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) and employability programs across engineering and degree colleges in Tamil Nadu. Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers, Principals, Deans, and other decision-makers. Present Genesis' offerings effectively through meetings and demos, coordinate with the Learning & Development team for proposal customization. Maintain and update sales funnel, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth program execution and client satisfaction. Transfer data and connect prospects smoothly during transition from the outgoing BDM. Represent Genesis in education fairs, conferences, and partner meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education, EdTech, or training industry. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the education domain. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM tools and maintaining sales funnel metrics. Self-driven with the ability to work independently across a large territory. Knowledge of Tamil Nadu education ecosystem is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
