Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for in-house real estate projects.
Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve project-specific revenue targets.
Lead end-to-end sales processes, including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to generate and manage quality leads.
Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and business development activities to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Stay updated on real estate regulations, market trends, and investment patterns.
Both full-time (Fixed Salary + Incentives) and freelance (Commission-Based) applicants are welcome.
