About the Role
As a BDM at Online Instruments India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the regional sales of our brand LOGIC, known for its interactive display solutions widely adopted in classrooms and institutions.
You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, acquiring new institutional clients (schools, colleges, coaching centres, etc.), and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. This is a field-intensive role focused on consultative selling and strategic territory management.
Your day-to-day will include planning and executing region-specific sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, managing key accounts, and ensuring that our brand has a consistent and growing presence in your territory. You'll work closely with internal teams for coordination, delivery, and customer success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, relationship-building, and is motivated by performance-based growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned region
Ensure strong LOGIC brand presence in major schools, colleges, and institutions
Identify and convert new business opportunities with key clients
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos
Build long-term client relationships and manage post-sales engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
Provide regular market feedback and contribute to business planning
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Ladies preferred.
3-4 years of experience in B2B/institutional sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Prior experience in EdTech or selling to educational institutions is a strong advantage
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
