We work with FMCG brands, startups, and SMEs, helping them build strong, result-oriented brand identities. With over 120+ brands served across 6+ countries, we're on the lookout for a Business Development Executive with a background in branding or digital marketing to fuel our next stage of growth.

Role Overview:



We're seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, pitch branding solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a

branding agency, digital marketing firm, or creative studio

, and understands how to speak the language of business and design.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation:

Research and identify prospective clients in sectors like FMCG, D2C brands, startups, and SMEs.

2. Client Outreach:

Initiate meaningful conversations via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events.

3. Consultative Sales:

Understand client needs and pitch appropriate branding and design services.

4. Proposal Development:

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to build tailored proposals and presentations.

Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

5. Client Onboarding:

Support clients through the onboarding process and work closely with the servicing team.

6. Relationship Management:

Maintain and nurture relationships with past and current clients for upselling and referrals.

7. Market Insights:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.

Requirements:



1. 2+ years of experience in business development/sales at a branding or digital marketing agency.


2. Strong understanding of branding, creative services, and the digital ecosystem.
3. Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal creation, and basic knowledge of branding/design services.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative-driven environment.
