Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT consulting and education domains
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (corporate HRs, colleges, training partners)
Pitch services such as staffing, IT solutions, training programs, and upskilling courses
Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and deliver client solutions
Meet sales targets, prepare business plans, and report regularly on pipeline and conversions
Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to build networks
Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development
Strong understanding of IT services, EdTech trends, and corporate training
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage time effectively
Prior experience in EdTech, IT consulting, or staffing services is highly desirable.
