Supports and promotes the company's mission, vision, values, and ethical standards.
Assists in planning events that highlight civil engineering capabilities.
Optimizes the company's participation in relevant civil engineering trade groups and associations.
Assists in developing processes for gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Represents the company through public speaking engagements related to civil engineering, business development, and industry trends.
Meets with key clients, supporting sales representatives in maintaining relationships and negotiating deals.
Manages the entire RFP process and workflow for civil engineering projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the civil engineering industry.
Experience in preparing and reviewing RFQ (Request for Quotation) proposals.
Strong relationships within the local market, particularly with developers, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.
Proven track record in identifying and securing civil engineering project opportunities.
Familiarity with Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk) delivery method.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player with a professional demeanor and presentation.
