Business Development Manager



1) Coordinate and organize site visits for potential clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

2) Effectively demonstrate and showcase our real estate products to visitors, highlighting key features and benefits.

3) Provide personalized and consultative guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

4) Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

5) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.

6) Comfortable with initiating outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.

Education and Experience:



Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, or a similar field

Minimum 1 years of experience in Real estate sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Language:

English (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
