Manager/Sr. Manager/RSM - Business Development (ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY):
Interacting & collaborating with Govt bodies, Ministers associations, and corporate officials in order to organise B2B exhibitions & conference to promote business.
Researching and presenting concepts and ideas to the exhibitors and sponsors for feedback.
Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
Securing the venue, planning the layout, and liaising to determine their booth requirements.
Selling exhibition space to corporate clients by establishing contact & developing relationship with prospect and recommending solution.
Open to travel Pan India for business opportunities, if required international travel for the business purpose.
Conclave handling.
Lead & direct sales and marketing strategies and execution to properly define and deliver the customer value proposition and deliver a combination of higher revenue and profits.
Promoting the show through marketing channels such as social media, mailers, advertising campaigns and other platforms.
Running the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly.
REQUIRMENTS
Any degree
A minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B Sales or Exhibition domain.
Good computer skills with programs such as MS Office, etc.
Highly motivated, charismatic and engaging.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
. The ability to perform under pressure.
Good communication in English, Hindi and local language.
