Business Development Manager
who can drive growth and expand our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, penetrate, and engage potential clients to build strong business relationships
Generate leads through multiple channels including networking, research, and referrals
Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose solutions
Develop compelling business proposals, pitches, quotations, and presentations
Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Research new business opportunities, markets, and viable revenue streams
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customized and effective client solutions
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals for both self-generated and company-provided leads
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional reach
Contribute to growth strategies and business expansion plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales
Prior experience in
Digital Advertising / Creative / Marketing Agencies
is mandatory
Strong exposure to selling services to
start-ups and corporate clients
Strategic mind-set with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in written and spoken English
