We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Business Development Manager. This individual will play a key role in growing our client base by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers and high-net-worth clients. Success in this role will be achieved by driving sales and establishing Trezure Casa as the premier choice for luxury furniture and decor solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, interior designers and high-profile clients, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the luxury furniture market to maximize sales.
Lead high-stakes client presentations, showcasing product lines with a deep understanding of luxury trends and quality standards.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects and interior design firms to ensure ongoing business and project referrals.
Attend events, trade shows and exhibitions to network and promote the brand.
Monitor client needs and feedback to adapt offerings and approach, ensuring [Company Name] remains a preferred choice.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and market insights to management and maintain an organized pipeline.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years in luxury furniture sales or a related field with a focus on business development, OR MBA Fresher
Demonstrated experience in working with architects, interior designers and high-end clients.
Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in a results-oriented, competitive environment.
