Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
Understand client needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM/database with lead details and call notes.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine calling scripts and strategy.
Research target markets and industries to improve lead quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months of years experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation will be a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
