Job Description


Description : We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has good contacts for selling Structural Steel Detailing Services in US & Canada. Duties :

  • Contacting potential clients & develop new customers for Structural Steel Detailing Services (using Tekla structure & other Softwares).
  • Generating and pursuing sales leads, prospective clients using cold calling, mass communication emails & other sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at Fabricators, General Contractors & Engineering Firms in order to get access to new opportunities.
  • Research prospective clients and turn them into potential accounts to increase business revenues.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback regarding current & future market situation.
  • Company branding thru social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter.
  • Experienced in writing business proposals.
  • Identify and develop key marketing strategies for acquiring new customer and company growth.
  • Submitting a weekly report to President.
Qualification and Experience
  • MBA / BE in Civil/Mech Engineering / Business Administration.
  • 5+ years in Business Development / Sales of Structural steel detailing services.
  • Should have Hardcore selling skills.
  • Should have good relations with key contacts at Fabricators, General Contractors &, Engineering Firms.
  • Should have good contacts in sectors like Oil & Gas, Commercial, Industrial, and Mining.
  • Experience of attending & participating in International Trade Fares & Exhibitions such as NASCC will be an added advantage.
  • Should be willing to travel and manage travels at reasonable costs.
  • Should have a demonstrated track record in internet advertising and social media such as Facebook, Linkedin & Twitter.
  • Exceptional Negotiating skills.
  • Good Customer relationship management.
  • Stay Updated about current market trends & should be able to anticipate future market trends.
  • Should have potential to anticipate best opportunities in volatile market conditions.
  • Should be able to anticipate potential threats for business.
  • Should be a team player who builds synergies along with execution teams to deliver best solutions to the customers.
