Key Responsibilities:
? Generate leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings. Pitch Science Kits,
Science events at schools, Teacher workshop and other product to schools and explain
its benefits to decision-makers
? Build and maintain relationships with school-teachers and decision-makers. Provide
demonstrations of the products to interested schools.
? Manage distributors or team members to attain sales goals of allocated area.
? Explore revenue or impact opportunities with Strategic clients such as CSRs and
government entities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experence: Up to 5 years
Must be working with schools as customer and preferably STEM product such as science/math kits, robotics, coding, AI programmes.
? Pleasing Personality: Approachable and engaging with students and educators.
? Keen Observer: Ability to adapt strategies based on observations.
? Good Listener: Engaging with stakeholders effectively.
? Hands-On Activities Enthusiast: Comfortable with interactive learning.
? Multi-Tasker: Manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
? Child-Centric Approach: Passion for working with children.
? Local Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in the local language.
