Role Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager/Senior Manager to drive growth in our Corrugated Manufacturing Box and Printed Cartons business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



New Business Development:




Generate new customers and manage existing accounts in the pharma and healthcare sectors.

Lead Generation & Qualification:




Generate qualified leads through multi-channel approach including digital platforms, industry exhibitions, professional networks and CRM databases. Maintain robust lead pipeline with conversion tracking including support on collections.

Account Management & Client Relationship Management/Retention:




Handle end-to-end account and client relationship management, including understanding requirements and offering tailored product solutions. Ensure high-quality customer service, resolve issues promptly, and expand client relationships. Contract Negotiations & Deal Closure: Lead/Support commercial negotiations including pricing and contract terms. Ensure win-win agreements that maintain client satisfaction and business sustainability. Follow up on leads and close business deals to meet sales targets while optimizing profitability margins including support on timely collections. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, track industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies. Provide actionable insights to inform business development initiatives and identify emerging opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:




Coordinate with production, logistics, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate effective communication between client requirements and internal capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase and packaging teams in client organizations. Strategic Planning & Performance Management: Participate in strategic planning and annual meetings to align with company goals. Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and track performance metrics for business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:




Experience in corrugated box-printed cartons/packaging industry, with proven track record managing pharma/healthcare clients. Having a growth mindset and ability to drive business independently with strong negotiation and sales skills. Excellent communication, quick learner, and collaborative team player. High initiative, self-motivation, and energy to work under deadlines. Highly organized with attention to detail and commitment follow-through. * Willingness to travel as needed; knowledge of industry trends preferred.
