Outbound execution

Lead qualification
-- Run discovery calls to validate: budget authority, technical requirements (APIs, integrations, multi-location complexity), decision timelines, stakeholder mapping
Campaign optimization
-- A/B test messaging, analyze reply rates, iterate based on data (not vanity metrics)
