Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct SHG seminars and awareness programs in rural and semi-urban areas. Onboard BC IDs and SHG members on the Kuberjee platform. Provide training on fintech and banking services such as DMT, AEPS, and Micro-ATM (MATM). Support BC agents in daily transactions and resolve basic operational issues. Coordinate and meet with DLM, TLM, APM, and other government and project officials. Travel across Gujarat for field visits, seminars, meetings, and trainings. Maintain reports of BC onboarding, trainings, and field activities. Work closely with internal teams to achieve project and business targets.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a

Fintech company

or banking-related field role. Good knowledge of

DMT, AEPS, and MATM services

is mandatory.

Graduate

in any discipline. Experience working with SHG, BC agents, or financial inclusion projects will be preferred. Good communication skills and ability to conduct training sessions. Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
