Job Summary: Falcon Infosystems is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our project sales and business development initiatives in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the Electronic Security or ELV industry, with a strong network among architects, MEP consultants, and corporate clients. You will play a pioneering role in building our technical sales team and driving B2B growth. Key Responsibilities: Project Sales & Lead Generation: Identify upcoming projects, generate leads, and present detailed technical proposals to clients based on their requirements. Business Development (B2B): Explore opportunities by building relationships with key influencers like Architects, MEP Consultants, and Purchase Managers. Team Leadership: Take a pioneering role in building and mentoring the technical sales and business development team. Strategic Growth: Conduct market studies to find new customer bases and introduce innovative technology solutions to existing clients. Brand Management: Take the lead in organizing future company events to increase our footprint among corporate and industrial clients. Candidate Profile & Requirements: Experience: 3 - 7 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development. Industry Background: Proven experience in the Electronic Security industry (CCTV, Home Automation, Alarm Systems) is preferred. Alternatively, experience in Lighting or Electrical industries with strong connections to MEP consultants/contractors is acceptable. Education: UG: BBA, Science, or Engineering Graduate. PG: MBA is highly preferred (or ME/MTech). Key Skills: Strong understanding of consumer electronics concepts. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Languages: Good communication in English and Hindi. Marathi is preferred. Mobility: Must have own vehicle and valid license.
