to join our client Real Estate team. The role involves direct interaction with clients--making calls, scheduling and conducting site visits, and closing deals. This is a performance-driven position best suited for individuals with strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Generate and convert leads through networking, outbound calls, and outreach.
Build and nurture relationships with brokers, investors, and partner agencies.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right property solutions.
Conduct property site visits, open houses, and promotional events.
Manage the complete sales cycle--client engagement, negotiation, and closure.
Ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat/referral business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience (real estate experience in Noida is a plus).
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
Open to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
