We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist

with 5-8 years of proven success in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and/or commercial real estate Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and property expos Present property offerings to clients, conduct site visits, and close deals Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize promotional campaigns Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients Track sales performance and generate regular reports for senior management Stay updated on real estate market regulations, trends, and best practices

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred) 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a similar role Strong network within the real estate industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and buyer behavior
