Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and agencies.
Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and revenue.
Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pricing plans.
Manage the complete sales cycle--prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure successful delivery.
Track performance metrics, generate reports, and forecast future sales projections.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in
Business Development / Sales & Marketing
, preferably in the digital, IT, media, or advertising industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets.
